Uplify Feed Public Offer and Terms of Use
Rules for using the service, paying for a subscription, handling product materials, and allocating responsibility.
1. Offer and acceptance
This is the seller’s public offer for access to Uplify Feed. Registration alone creates no paid agreement. The agreement is accepted when a workspace administrator checks the consent box and confirms the first WayForPay payment.
2. Intended users
Uplify Feed is intended for sole traders and legal entities working with their own or properly authorised catalogs. By paying, the user confirms authority to act for that business.
3. The service
Uplify Feed periodically receives an agreed XML, YML, or CSV source; creates Meta and/or Google feed versions; helps generate visuals and attributes; and provides stable feed URLs. Modules, SKU, catalogs, and AI credits follow the selected plan.
4. Publishing and review
Uplify Feed does not publish to Meta or Google without a user action. The store must review prices, availability, IDs, images, copy, rights, and platform rules. We do not guarantee product approval or advertising results.
5. Store materials and AI
Rights in source feeds, photos, logos, and other materials remain with their owners. The store licenses the processing needed to run the service and confirms it has the required rights. AI output may contain errors or unwanted changes and must be reviewed before publication.
6. Account and team
The administrator controls workspace access and passwords. Unlawful material, malware, infringement, and attempts to bypass limits or tenant isolation are prohibited.
7. Plans and payment
The UAH price, plan scope, and SKU limit are shown before payment. The first payment opens one monthly billing period. Card details are entered at WayForPay. Managed services may be covered by a separate proposal.
8. Automatic renewal
The subscription renews monthly at the current plan price until the administrator disables renewal. The amount and frequency appear next to the payment action. Renewal can be disabled in Billing while access remains through the paid period. Price changes apply only after notice and, where required, renewed consent.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Disabling renewal stops future charges but does not cancel the paid period. Unused time is not refunded pro rata. Refunds may apply to duplicates, errors, material unavailability caused by us, or where law requires. The Payments and Refunds page explains the process.
10. Availability
The service is provided as is and may change. We do not control the uninterrupted availability of Meta, Google, hosting, payment, or AI providers. A guaranteed SLA exists only under a separate written agreement.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by Ukrainian law, the seller is not liable for lost profit, advertising outcomes, platform decisions, third-party acts, or unreviewed publication. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the six months before the event, except where law prohibits limitation.
12. Termination and law
Users may disable renewal. The seller may restrict access for non-payment, abuse, or material breach. Ukrainian law applies. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be restricted by contract. Contact: hello@uplify.agency.
