Uplify Feed Terms of Use
Terms for accessing the Uplify Feed pilot and responsibilities for product feeds and publishing outputs.
Service status
Uplify Feed is provided as a managed pilot. Scope, timing, fees, and support are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
Your data and rights
The store confirms it may submit product data, images, logos, and other materials for the agreed processing. Rights in source materials remain with their owner.
Review before publishing
Users must review prices, availability, images, copy, identifiers, and platform rules. Creating a feed in Uplify Feed does not publish it to Meta or Google.
Prohibited use
Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or data without the necessary rights, and do not attempt to bypass workspace isolation or technical controls.
Availability and changes
The pilot may change and some functions may be temporarily unavailable. A guaranteed SLA applies only when stated in a written agreement.
Liability
Liability is governed by the agreed contract and applicable law. Uplify Feed does not guarantee advertising performance, rankings, impressions, or revenue.
