Uplify Feed Privacy Policy
How Uplify Feed collects, uses, and protects application and pilot user data.
Data we receive
Application data includes name, work email, company, store URL, platform, approximate catalog size, and comments. During a pilot we also process submitted product feeds, settings, and user activity records.
Why we use it
To assess the use case, reply to the request, configure the pilot, protect the service, diagnose errors, and perform agreed operations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis and retention
Application data is processed with your consent and to prepare a possible agreement. If no engagement starts, we retain it for no longer than 12 months after the last contact unless law requires otherwise.
Service providers
Vetted technical providers may support hosting, storage, security, and communication. Their access is limited to the service purpose and contractual terms.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data. We may ask you to verify your identity.
