Uplify Feed Privacy Policy
How Uplify Feed receives, uses, retains, and protects account, product-feed, and payment data.
1. Who processes data
The seller identified below operates Uplify Feed and controls account and payment data. When a store submits its feed and materials, we process them on its instructions to provide the service.
2. Data we receive
Account data: email, password hash, company, team, and roles. Store data: source URL, product IDs, titles, descriptions, prices, availability, categories, attributes, links, images, logos, and settings. Operational data: versions, approvals, user actions, errors, synchronisation times, a security IP hash, and user-agent. Payments: plan, amount, currency, order reference, and status. We never receive or store full card details.
3. Why we use it
To create and protect accounts; process and refresh feeds; create Meta visuals and Google suggestions; retain approved versions; enforce usage limits; accept payments; provide support; prevent abuse; and comply with law.
4. Legal bases
We process data to perform the agreement, with consent where required, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate interests in security, accounting, and fault resolution. The store is responsible for lawfully submitting product data and third-party materials.
5. Providers and transfers
Hetzner Online GmbH provides infrastructure in Germany. OpenAI receives only text and/or images required for a requested AI operation; passwords and payment credentials are never sent. WayForPay processes payment and card data on its secure page. Google processes sign-in data only when Google sign-in is selected. Staff and contractor access is limited by need and confidentiality.
5.1. Service email
Resend processes the recipient address and delivery metadata when we send email verification, password recovery, or important account notices. We do not use these messages for marketing without separate consent.
6. Retention
Active account data and working feeds are retained while needed for the service. An unconverted enquiry is deleted within 12 months, with its IP hash and user-agent anonymised after 90 days. Catalog snapshots are kept for up to 180 days subject to a version cap; unpublished failed builds for up to 90 days. Backups rotate, while payment and accounting records remain for the period required by law.
7. Security
We use HTTPS/TLS, strong password hashing, isolated workspaces, roles, CSRF protection, signed payment callbacks, and action auditing. If an incident occurs, we follow applicable notification duties.
8. Cookies and sessions
Technical cookies support sign-in, session and CSRF protection, and language selection. Uplify Feed does not sell store data or turn it into advertising audiences.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion and withdraw consent where applicable. Email hello@uplify.agency from the account address. We may verify identity and retain records required by law.
10. Changes
The current version is published here. Material changes affecting the paid service or user rights will be announced in the product and/or by email.
