Payments, Automatic Renewal, and Refunds

How Uplify Feed billing works, when the next charge occurs, and how to stop renewal or request a refund.

1. Price and order

The current price, module, SKU, catalog, and AI-credit limits appear before payment. Charges are in UAH. Payment buys access to service features, not a guaranteed advertising result.

2. Payment flow

After explicit consent, the user moves to WayForPay’s secure page. WayForPay receives card data; Uplify Feed receives only the status, amount, reference, and masked payment details. Access starts after a signed confirmation.

3. Recurring charge

The subscription is monthly. Confirming the first payment authorises WayForPay to charge the selected plan price each month until cancellation. If a renewal fails, access ends after the already-paid period.

4. Disable or resume renewal

A workspace administrator uses Disable automatic renewal in Billing. Future charges pause while access remains until the displayed date. Renewal may be resumed before that date. If the control is unavailable, email hello@uplify.agency.

5. Refund eligibility

We consider refunds for a duplicate, an incorrect amount, a charge after confirmed cancellation, material unavailability caused by us, or where law requires. Non-use alone does not create a right to a pro-rata refund.

6. Request a refund

Email hello@uplify.agency with the account email, payment reference, date, amount, and reason. Never send a full card number or CVV. We will communicate a decision within ten business days. WayForPay and the bank determine settlement timing.
